what are you using for a tuner? v&H fuel moto ? if the o2 sensor are not hooked up on stock ecm you will set a check engine light.

it isnt the pipes which decide wether or not you can eliminate the O2 sensors it's the tuner. If your tuner does not come with O2 sensor eliminators you will need them to feed info back to the ECM as mr. target pointed out. You see the electronic ignition makes minute changes as you run to adjust itself for air temp, altitude, and fuel octane differences. So unless your tuner specifically states to remove their use I say plug them in. I know the old dynojet pcV's have eliminators, in that case you have to unplug them because the pcV takes over the ECM and feeds it's own information to it.

I don't know what a "V&H fuel moto" is they are two different companies.
