Just wondering what type chrome fork dust covers your have? They look a bit more low profile compared to the factory ones.
They're the stock ones, but I wrapped the lower half of the cap with vinyl so that when I install the fork boots you don't see that 1/4" chrome strip that many of the fork boots don't cover
Posted this in the thug/club thread, but also posting here. Kinda using this thread to keep track for myself and look back on later.
Got everything installed, factory alarm with siren, Sputhe front and rear, dual bagger Brembos and braided lines, 13.5" Works black trackers, Works dual rate drop in cartridge with Speed Merchant preload adjusters, and black wheel spacers and dust caps to top it off. Need to reapply vinyl to fork tubes between trees. Cams, wheels, Lyndall rotors and pads coming soon as well. Excuse the iphone pictures
Wow, looking as good as ever, hope it rides (and now stops) as nicely as it looks! What cams and wheels are you going for?
Thanks! It does, I don't know how I waited this long to do it, haha. I plan on doing the Andrews 57h cams. I wasn't sure which ones I wanted and you and monster helped sell me on the Andrews. I'm going to be going with the Harley slotted 6 spoke wheels, powdered gloss black
I Installed a set of Andrews 57H cams, long story short the oil pump was aligned incorrectly and I blew it to pieces when I cranked the bike over. A new S&S TC3 was installed and then I had the bike dyno'd at RC Cycles by Bob. It made 104hp and 120ftlbs. Finally got my mags and Michelin Commander II's too so I'll be posting more pictures in the next couple days once I get them on
