'01 DXT w/ ~8300 original miles
Picked it up in December
A few minor changes (risers, bars, mirrors, grips, gaiters)
Fun stuff next (carb, cams, tensioner, front brakes/rotors)

Great looking bike! Those bars are going to open that chest up to the wind for sure, might want to add a fairing to the list!

Where's the dtx fairing?! Is it a dx or dxt? I don't see the bag mounts on the rear fender either. Nice bike either way man, where you at in California?

Fairing and bags cannibalized prior to my purchase...

You're not kidding. I took my fairing off 2 weeks ago just. Had a few little problems to work out. I was also getting tired of my 3/4 fairing (never ridden my bike with these bars without it). I hopped up to 85mph on the freeway. Not only did I kiss and make up with it, and put it right back on, but I also ordered the Jd Customs T-Sport 3 days later lol. It did feel cool at low speeds for corners and hot doggin around but high speeds it sucked... and I ride fast as f*ck! lol.
