anyone have markel american insurance company??? they have really great rates...just wondering how good the service is??

Have my current bike insured through them, and will insure the new one with them as well. So far I've never had an issue where I needed to call them (knock on wood) but as far as rates go, they were at the bottom of the pricing wars. Dang good rates I thought.
