Turn Risers Around?
I'm 6'3" with long arms and I'm trying to dial in the comfort level on my 2015 Wideglide. I've rolled the handle bar forward which helped to stretch my arms out but the bars are so far forward that the grips are at sort of an odd angle. It looks like I can turn the risers 180 degrees and the bar will be about two inches forward and an inch or two higher which will let me roll the bar back to get the grips at a more level and comfortable angle. Any reasons that I shouldn't do this? Thanks.

I did it on my street bob that came with the fat bob bars/risers (same risers as the wideglide) and it helped out a little. you'll get almost an inch more forward but it doesn't change the height. I also swapped the stock bar out for a much straighter and shorter flanders drag bar which helped out more.

I can't see why not it comes down to the same bolt holding the same part into the same hole. Now are the experts going to agree wil D O T agree? Certainly HD will disagree! Likely they will try and get you to spend more money and claim it does not conform to spec. Cheers man, of course this is just my opinion.
