Read my thread. I spent a lot of time. Trying to figure my alghiment issues. Almost got talked into rebuilding my motor. Start small don't rush. Check the obvious first. Front tire. Air pressure, were pattern, feel the tire see if its all lumpy feeling. Don't go crazy. Tires make a big difference.

can u elaborate? Id have to take a straight edge from the pully in the primary to the reat pully.....and they should be equal?
You put the streight edge up against the back of the clutch basket. It should line up with the outer edge of the compensator sprocket.
Your pulleys have nothing to do with a wobble??
