I installed the HD ones last week. HUGE difference. I was actually burning my thigh on the rocker box cover. 200 miles this weekend without the least bit of heat.

The previous owner of my bike installed a set of those. I can't really say they work, then again, I've never felt the need for them before.

Take a look at the Captain Itch "Crotch Cooler". I got one and have never had a problem with heat since. He really makes a quality product.
