surprised you haven't done the stage one on the Iron. but I think trading for a dyna is a good idea as well, for the cost I think that is the best upgrade you can do.. and that's a good sale too. dealers usually gives 10% off of parts when you buy a bike so that's a good chance to at least get all the Harley stuff you want.
I went 06 XL883C to 08 FLHX (street glide) back to 09 XL1200C and then 13 XL883N.... I think I finally found a good compromise with the 14 FXDB. Good motor but almost as nimble as the sportsters but so much more comfort.
Thanks for the replys, guys. I'm super stoked on the dyna. After about a month I was pretty sure I wanted to upgrade to a dyna and the guys at the dealer told me not to do anything to the iron because I would never see that money again after trading in.
I'm liking the idea of parts and what not first and then doing the stage one.
