I just put mine on a few weeks ago and it was definitely a difference. Bike feels a lot lighter in bar response to the turn. My final turn for happiness was adding the superbrace the following week. It feels a lot tighter overall. I'm happy with the changes.
Installation was a breeze. I just had it on my J&S and used my car floor jack with a 2x4 to support the motor. Was a very easy install.

Yea it kind of bugs that they don't send out any shipping notification, but the fact that it showed up in 3 days from overseas is impressive in my book and it was all there and with instructions.
Not to many companies can match that here in the US.

What I didn't like is that the lower mounting block is black on the website and silver when delivered. They should update their website because it's misleading.
It's the only silver piece in that area so it sticks out. I painted mine black before I installed everything which I shouldn't have had to do.

Also the websites are a bit confusing,there appears to be US based site & a Uk based site,each with slightly different info.
Have you been dealing with the UK or the US ?,the Uk based Dyna guys,have nothing but praise for the company & its customer support,in fact the owner is a regular on a UK based Harley forum.
It may be that there is better response direct from the UK.

Took three days to receive mine. Not bad but they never returned e-mail or tracking info.
I didn't do the rear mount yet but just bit the big bullet and ordered the big bear rear mount.
