-'11 Wide Glide
-One side was a piece of cake to internally wire, the other was a PITA, must have had a burr or something in there at the bend.
-Great riding position, way more comfortable than stock
-Chrome quality could have been better, already seeing some rust spots
- No wire extensions needed, ordered 14" Burly cable kit, ended up being too much cable, but I added 1.5" riser extenders and it worked out fine.
-Wrist angle is flat, bars come just beneath my shoulders?
-14" with 1.5 riser extensions
All in all good for the price; in retrospect would have dropped the extra coin for RSD in hopes of better quality.
It's pretty easy to find how long your wires are. If its anything like a street bob, which it very well may not be, you'll have plenty of length. Anyway, when you get your bike trace the wires coming out of the bottom of your bars to the side of the neck. The wires will run through a rubber grommet. Pull the grommet out gently and then gently pull the wires out to see how much extra you have.

Well congrats! You'll have to post some pictures!
The wires for the switches do not need to be extended. there is plenty of wire in the frame. The clutch and throttle cables will need to be replaced as well.

The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
16in ZBars 1.25 in w/dimples, from RYCA Motors Whittier,CA. on my 15 FXDB.
Pros:
tighter, more narrow grip. Better control. Split lanes easier. Kick *** look.
Cons:
Took me way to damn long to put em on. Wiring was a real MFr. Could come a slight degree inward for the wrists sake.
Used a Burly 16 in extension kit. Had to swap clutch, throttle and idle only. Stock wire harness was long enough (barely), but since I couldn't get one GD CAN HIGH pin out from tang, had to cut and solder on new connector pin from kit for that one wire. Kept stock brake line. Took me a bit of time to install since it was my first rodeo and my wife was good with the interruptions all weekend.
Compared to stock mini's....no comparison. Whole different ride with much better control. Grips sit at shoulder height with mid controls on a 6ft rider. Arms don't feel tired or numb after an hour ride thru LA. Cornering is tighter and easier. Should be available thru website, Rycamotors.com. Let me know if you have questions. Thrash on!
