I did the same thing.... Took them right back out and It was a major pain in the **** getting them out.. Try to listen to them first if possible before you Install.. Otherwise The BSSsoundOk with the stock baffles above 3000 RPM but thats all.. The quiet baffles sounded too Metric to me.. The Reinhartsstaggard 2 into 2 will be here nextweek finnally.... The 2 into 1 Reinhart sounds great all around, you should be able to get for around 500.00 Chk/With Matt atphatperformance.com

a litttle Lower tone but Muted .... My neighbor has a VTX 1300 with cobra pipes and sounded pretty close. I think they sounded better with out the QuietBaffles.. My buddy took out the standard baffles and welded in a piece of solid tubbing and moved them back 6" and realy made a big diffrence.

Yes and there are ALOT of choices out there. I would look at/consider ALL of them, regardless of price. Even if you have to save up for what you want, in the end it will have been worth the wait. I have the Big Shots Staggered. They're ok, but I'm not in love with them...

Well, seems like the BSS is the way to go. It's not much difference in price. I'm really not willing to spend more than $500 for exhaust, just not worth it to me. Thanks for the input, I'll be getting the BSS.
