Default Bike Not Firing: Error P0132

Ride: 09 SG Custom
Guys Need critical help here..

My bike is parked at my buddy's place in India.
He periodically starts and rides it and parks it..
Last week he tried starting and the bike wont start, I thought it could be battery issue so I ordered a new battery and asked him to replace with old one..

Bike powers on, lights turn on, blinkers & horn work but there is not crank happening on the bike to fire it..

He told me that he put the bike in diagnostic mode and is showing an error code of P0132..I checked for the error code P0132 and told him to check the flanges and O2 sensors and spark plug and he says everything looks good..

Can someone please tell me what else can I do to make it work?
The worst part I cannot take it to a dealer as the nearest HD service center is 250 miles away

That code is for the front O2 sensor. Clear it and see if it comes up again.
It shouldn't prevent the bike from cranking, though. Have him check the battery cables again and the ground connection.
Could also be the starter relay, which can be bought at any auto supply store but not sure about India.
Is there some kind of tuner on the bike?

The battery cables and ground connection are good.
Can you please point me the part number or any link how the starter relay looks so I can send them a picture to source it locally at auto parts shop there
Yes the bike has TTS master tune

When the code is showing press and hold the trip button until it zeros or goes to the next code.

Your fuse box should be the same as mine. To the left of the fuses are 2 relays, and the one farthest to the left is the starter relay. Inside the fuse box cover, and maybe in the owner's manual, is a diagram showing fuse and relay functions.
Go to post #5 here for the layout:https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...ump-relay.html

I have the parts book for my bike and can't find the relay anywhere. Maybe somebody will chime in with the correct replacement.
I found this on Amazon and is the right one for my '07, but maybe it will help to locate it locally:

Had the starter relay go out on mine while on a trip. everything worked except the starter. Not sure if any codes were set. Took a wire and jumped start it using the battery tender connector that the dealer installed till I made it home. Last week the other other relay was replaced when it would crank just not start.

For some reason it's not in the parts manual. Try calling a dealer.

Default Not Starting

I had the same thing happen to mine and I replaced the relays, battery, checked out the wiring going to the switch, and the ground but no joy. Took it to an friend of mine and he took the ignition switch apart and cleaned it...After that it fired right up and not a problem since. I think it was from sitting around in my dusty garage that caused the problem.
