Default Will this work...

Have a 2004 FXDL, doing a handlebar and riser switch. Going to ditch the stock headlight visor and mount the light to the top tree. Will this work with my stock lowrider 39mm setup? Or if anyone knows of some other top mounted brackets like this, would be appreciated!

Seems like it would work. Just get longer bolts for the risers.

I got rid of the top mount head light. I just bought a bottom mount bucket and mounting block on eBay for super cheap
