I have a La Pera stubs spoiler red stripes solo seat on my 14 Bob and it's pretty comfortable. I have been in the seat for 2 hours on a ride through the back roads and had no issues.

My thoughts......the Mustangs Vintage solo seat is almost always a hit with those who buy them......me included. I have run them on past bikes and installed one on the LR.
I currently have Ed at Sick Saddles making me one. Very reasonably priced and his craftsmanship get top notch reviews. He can also add gel for comfort, and move you up, down, back or forwards as you wish.
It's hard to find a seat that is super comfortable and sits very low. I've got a Corbin solo touring saddle with back rest. Best thing I've put my *** on, but not as cool looking as the brawler saddle that was factory on my SB. Been in the Corbin for 10 hrs with no troubles as far as the seat goes.
I have a Street Bob with 2 seats, a Mustang and a Lepera Bare Bones gel solo. The Mustang blows the Bare Bones away. Im good for about 2 hours on the Lepera. The Mustang truly is an all day seat. My opinion is the Mustang is hands down the better seat
I'm also looking at the Mustang for my 2013 FB. I had one on my old Road King and really liked it.
The only thing that bugged me was when accelerating fast I felt like my butt was rolling off the back a little.. With the different bikes, does the Vintage solo fit a little more into the frame on the Fat Bob vs how it would on the RK?
so - have seen a few threads on this but didn't find exactly what i was looking for, so figured i'd ask for folks' thots.
looking for a solo seat for the Fat Bob, something that's not gonna make me wish for death after a long day in the saddle.
i am a whopping 5'8" and 160ish and prefer a lower ride....
thots?
I like the Mustang Wide Tripper. Comfortable enough for all day riding and look good. I have the detachable backrest version and it is awesome. This is my third bike with this seat.
