Front wheel wobble after mid glide install
Once i got the disk spacers on and figured out the axle spacers and got the wheel centered after a few unsuccessful tries I gave the wheel a spin and you could see it wobble and it wobbled so bad it would catch on the calipers.
Obviously I know something isnt right but where should I check first? Do you think this is a axle or axle spacer problem or a disk spacer problem? The wheel was fine before the removal
I switched my street bob trees to fat bob trees (wide) to accept a 16" softail wheel and FL fender, spaced rotor, new 25mm axle and spacers--no problems. Good luck.

Yes i have spokes, I will have to look up how to true a wheel, never done it before. In fact im new to doing any kind of work on my bike.
I just used the axle the kit supplied assuming it was in the kit it will work. I was going to take the wheel off on monday so I will have to check it then
2- Take the fender and calipers off.
3- spin the front tire, mark sidewall @ the bottom when it stops.
4- Spin it again. If it stops in the same spot continually you know thats the heavy spot.
Double check your spacers and axle nut for binding. Torque to correct spec.
Triple check your disc spacers that everything's seated correctly

When the axle nut is not tight is there any space between the axle spacer and fork leg?
Does the wheel move at side to side when the tire off the ground.

If you remove the fender (if you have one, pic didn't) and the calipers and lift the front off the ground, you can figure out a few things when your wheel is spinning. First do what is already suggested, mark the tire low point after the first spin and try and see if any slop is in the wheel on the axle. When you spin it and there is no resistance from the brake calipers you can first check for wobble at the closest point to the axle, your hub. when the wheel is spinning look at the top or bottom of the hub and see if it bounces (moves up and down while spinning). Also look for any side to side deflection, does the hub look like it moves left and right slightly. You can also use the disk to see this and would be more noticeable, but won't let you know if its the hub or disk. Also using the disk, you would be able to tell if its the same on both sides (hub or bearing issue most likely) or on just one side (disk or disk spacer issue). If you get no bounce or deflection but you wheel (the rim, not the tire) has a noticeable deflection or bounce when spinning, its most likely a truing issue (take it to a indy shop that trues, HD will charge an arm and a leg to true mostly, and to much work for an inexperieinced person). If you get the deflection from the tire itself, I don't know a way to fix this, if you get bounce it's a balance issue. If you don't see any issues at this point, open your brake resevoir and press your brake pads all the way out and close the resevior. Then reinstall the calipers and spin the wheel, look for bounce and deflection of the disks at the calipers, if none is noticed squeeze the brakes and then try again, this will seat your pads and the only rub you should get them is from the pads brushing your disks.
If you want to learn to true, buy a truing stand and a spare wheel and practice, its and art.
I know its a ton of info, but will only take a few minutes to hopefully isolate your issue.
Is the whole wheel running out of true, or just the disk?
If the whole wheel, I'd guess that the some part of the axle isn't the right diameter for the bearings (too small). With some slop in the fit, the axle could have bean cocked in the bearings when tightened down.
