Default Big motor Starter

Hey guys what size starter is recommended for a high compression motor? I know there are a few of yous that have some big motors and would like to know what works and has been reliable? I have the 2002 superglide stroked to 120 ci.

Default Bigger Starter

Seems to me it would be easier to just install either electric or manual compression releases instead of just going through starters. I have a small built motor with 10.5-1 compression. It will start without the compression releases pushed but starts a lot easier with them working.
Are the heads on your 120 already drilled for dual spark plugs or compression releases ?

There are already 2 manual and one electric decompression per cylinder. I' m not sure of the starter is bad or not . I put a newSSTX20HQ-FP Scorpion Stinger 12v 525 CCA LiFePo4 Quad Terminal Extreme High Output Battery in it this week think ing the big boar battery in it was tired as if it didnt start by the third attempt the battery would die. It is cooler here and although I've been told the lithium batteries have there own personality when its cold I was surprised even after it being fully charged that it does not appear reliable which is why I suspect an issue with the starter.

Compression release is better than starter upgrade trust me.
P.S. Check compensator, it may cause starting problem.
