I have been on the hunt since I picked up my rear Ohlins last month, and have found nothing. Yesterday, I got tired of the Sh!tt!e stock front setup, and stopped by my local indie shop... He called everyone he knows, and we got nothin... Ended up ordering a Works drop in cartridge setup.

Last I was told was late June early July. Hard to tell with Ohlins. That could mean they are in my hands tomorrow or it could be some time in August. We have been left hung out to dry by them in the past on race bikes.

IMO you wasted your money especially if you were waiting for the ohlins stuff. If it gets to the point I can't wait anymore I'm going with Ktech. As far as performance is concerned they are on par with ohlins.

OK... Now you're the second person to mention Ktech today. The Works setup he ordered was suppose to go to another one of his builds, but he said he'd use the for me. They have't been installed, so I still have some time.... Thanks for the advice.

They had a cool interview with Ktech during the Isle of Man TT coverage last night.

They claim they will be the first ones to get them.

These guys are only 20 minutes from my house! I was going to buy Ohlin shocks from them but did Ricor instead. I do like the idea of the Ohlin fork though.

Andreanis are $600 installed and I seriously doubt that I'll see their limits. If your looking or need best, save your money and buy the whole Ohlins fork assembly.

You need square inches of area on a cartridge piston and a small piston will not do it no matter what anyone ever tells you up to a point of greatest efficiency.

There is no one selling the new 22.5mm cartridges just non-adjustable converted FKC-102's for a Dyna however, there is not many springs available for that 25mm kit.
not to thread jack, but I'm new to harley suspension, and I checked out your site, and read your post about ten times, and I'm still slightly confused. Are you saying that these new 22.5's are designed for the older, smaller shock tubes and that if you're running the 49mm's than your kit is a better option?

I have an 08 street bob that I'm currently (slowly) in the market for upgrading my front shocks and have been considering doing inverted fork set up but after seeing this was wondering if this was a better option. I have considered the progressive suspension drop in kit for years as I have progressive rears that I got off here that were better and cost efficient, but was wondering if the inverted fork kit was a better way to spend the money. I see Ohlins already sells and inverted fork kit for 49mm Harleys, so why the wait for the drop ins?
