I apparently need to wash mine more often... really didn't mean to come across like a jerk. ...
apologies to the OP. .. and gant.
LOL
I'm not really for the Defender bags myself. Would be kind of cool to have one of the originals though IMO. Then again I wouldn't be opposed to having one of each model HD has made!
I do think your bags looked pretty decent. Way better than what I could do for sure.
I have bags that are from US Saddlebags that were on my 2007 FXDWG. Heavy duty leather and made in the US. I'm selling them as I bought the HD bags with the curved out area that allows for the shock. Mine are the larger bag and I have a set of brackets for the FXDWG and for a 2007 FXSTC. Go to US Saddlebags web site to price new ones and to see what they look like - plain black. To protect yourself you can buy through ebay. I also have photos posted.
Are we trolling or what? USA flame saddlebags have nothing to do with the Defender Hard bags with rails. Why is this thread 4 pages of nothing? Literally no one has experience with the new Big Al's Defender bags.

Yeah I was hoping somebody had some insight on to how they hold up/quality... I don't think anyone on here has them by the looks of it lol
I simply let him know if he can't find a bag that isn't made anymore I had a pair for sale. Mine do not have flames. Go to your computer and look them up instead of on your phone and you will see they make bags for HD and Indian w/o the ugly flames. Several of the replies to his question brought up other styles so whats wrong with me doing it?
