Bassani Road Rage Baffle Removal

Bassani Road Rage Baffle Removal
So I removed the two bolts in the rear of the pipe and the baffle will not come out. Am I missing something? I tried this when the pipe was cold.

Not sure what model you have, but my 13122J RR has a piece if metal running vertically at the very end of the baffle. I just put an old work glove on, hooked that with my finger, and twisted while I pulled. Mine had about 3500 miles on the pipe when I pulled. A little stiff, but it finally came out. I would imagine you could grab that piece of metal with a vice grip or channel locks if needed.

Yeah, so use a couple and try to twist the tip loose or just try to pull it out?

Twist and pull action is probably your best bet. I would recommend that you take the megaphone off the header pipes if the system is still on your bike... You don't want to put a bunch of pressure on the mounting brackets, bolts, or heads.
This baffle in the video doe not have the cross bar at the end of the Bassani, but you can probably do something like this of you still can't get the baffle out.
