Well, that's two members reporting they'll fit in the back, that pretty much makes the case that they fit. Now I need to hear from anyone that's had the opportunity to have those 150/80R16's on the front of their FXDF mines a 2010, don't know how close the years need to be to assure a fit.
My concern at this point is the front, does anyone know about going from the OEM 130/90 R16 front tire to the larger 150/80R16? I live in Alaska and I have to order the tires, wait weeks to get them and usually wind up taking in the shorts where shipping is concerned so I'm just trying to get as much information as I can to make sure (as sure as I can) that their gonna fit when they finally get here. If there's anyone that's actually replaced their stock front tire with 150/80R16's on a FXDF or knows enough about the subject to be confident they'll work I would appreciate any input you have.
Haven't got access to info where I am but it you gogle the individual tyres actual dimensions and compare overall width and rolling diameter. The Avons fit width wise and are the closest diameter wise to minimise speedo error if you don't want to get it recalibrated
