I would like to have one for about a week just to see what RPM's I am hitting in certain gears at certain speeds. After that remove it when I have a general idea.

My '92 Lowrider had a speedo and a tach in the tank console. I had a tach added to my '06Super Glide last year up on the handlebars. Now I'm thinking real hard about changing the tank out and putting those gauges ina lowrider tank. Seems to me it ought to work. Maybe that would make a good topic. Does anyone know if that could be done? Seems like it would be pretty easy to do to me.

Alloy Art make a great tacho mount that fits on the stem nut. Fits the hd mini tach in between the risers and the tank.

I personally think it is the best looking option, a great compromise in position. It doesn't take your eyes as far off the road as a tank mountbut it'snot as conspicuous as a bar mount. I don't have a side pic handy, but it's pretty stealthy. And it looks great with a either a tank mount speedo or a bar mount speedo. Expensive but worth it IMO.

I have one that I no longer use since putting on the springer. PM me if anyone is interested.
