Does anyone have an aftermarket LED taillight on their Dyna Fat Bob? If so, is it plug and play, could you post pics and how do you like it?
-Harley has a "tri-bar" that looks cool but it is crazy expensive with horrible reviews. Does anyone have experience with this? http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...led-tail-light
-There is one on Amazon that looks literally identical to what Harley is selling (linked above) but for $185 less! I actually think this might be from the same factory Harley makes theirs in
I'm probably not the most qualified to answer but....I would hog out the whole light/bracket down to the bare fender and go for a side mount plate. That would open up a whole lot more options for you as far as the lighting goes. I'm kinda surprised Harley is still using "light bulbs"
Having owned the tri-bar led from harley, I can tell you it's a POS. However, I would buy it for $65. Order the one from Amazon. It'll look 10x better than what's on there now.
I have an LED tail light coming from them for my Low Rider that has integrated turn signals. Though I obviously can't review something I haven't used yet, I have seen a few very good reviews on Custom Dynamic's stuff.
The BAD taillight looks great....I might have to go that route. Anybody out there with the tri-bar who can speak to it or show some pics? I'd also really like to see that webbed jpcycles taillight too

With their outstanding customer service and lifetime warranty, you can't go wrong with Custom Dynamics. I've got several of their products on my Springer and just ordered parts today for my FXR. They're awesome!

Do you know if they give forum member discounts? I am now leaning towards getting all of their products below so the light brightness match:
-Smoke Laydown Window Black Out: GEN2-LDW-S-B $149.95
-Black Quad Horizontal Motorcycle Plate Frames with Flushmount LEDs & LED Plate Illumination: TF04 $129.95
-Can Bus Complete HD Turn Signal Conversion Kit: white/amber fronts and red/amber rears
Has anybody installed their Smart Triple Play kit?
