Westcoast T-bars wait?
My issue is that I have sent West Coast a couple of e-mails about my order (using both of their listed e-mail addresses) and left a message -somewhat cryptic answering service. As of this post, I haven't heard a peep back from them.
No, I'm not pestering on time but rather $. A day after placing my order they announced their Black Friday deal of 20% off. That's huge and would save me about $100 on my order to put into other parts rebuilding the bike after the wreck.
I just wanted to know if I could cancel and re-order in order to take advantage of the 20% discount. It's only a little while since I ordered (just at the two week ship date) but it is very frustrating to pay so much money and not get a modicum of customer service after the sale.
So, to those searching for bars, these are sweet (I have friends who have and love them) the wait for them sucks and the customer service behind them non-existent.
