Default FXDLS Bars and Sig relocation

Finally got everything PC'd and did the install of Wild1 Psycho 8" bars last night, and the HD Sig relocation kit. The bars came in a semi-matt finish, and the relo kit was chrome. So I had my handy dandy local powder coat guy gloss black them. Came out pretty good.

The bars were a bitch with the additional TBW cable, but a little silicone spray helped it along. I found that painters tape worked better then the usual black electrical tape. I felt it slid a little better. The new JAE MX19 connectors were easy as hell to depin, which I had to do since the switch cable on the right side had two connectors that were too close together to easily fit.

Got it all together and somehow managed to get everything plugged into the right connectors (don't laugh, it seems that 4 out of five things used the exact same connectors, those mini JAE MX19's... Luckily the wire colors matched! Next time I'd recommend marking which goes where.

Everything works, but I have to get new pins for the signal wires, as they are now way too long and the pins that come with the relo kit are not the right ones.

Had a bit of a panic when I thought I had an "extra" connector with nothing to plug into, but it turns out to be an unused heated grip connector.

So here it is, still a mess with about 10' of wiring hanging out (which I have no idea how I'm going to stuff back in... Any suggestions?)

Right on. You putting the fairing back on, or going nekkid? Bars are the one thing I am reluctant to change, I just really like the stockers. Now that I have done some longer weekend road trips, I am convinced they are comfy.
Still, if I had a chance to ride a Dyna with some taller bars, I sure would like to try. All my riding buddies have Softails, RGs etc.

Putting the fairing back for sure. Got to stuff the wires back in first. Need the pins for the sig connectors as well.

Did you consider riser extensions? It's a 5 min install and works well...

Did all your stock cables work with those bars or did you need to extend anything?
