Hey guys, don'[t want to sound like a total newbie but I am.
Bought a 2014 Fat Bob and want to add some slip on's to it. Need to beef up the sound a little from stock.
I hear all kinds of talk about 2 into 1, Is this what I have on my Fattie?
Any advice on what to look for? I don't want thundering loud as we have sound laws here in Quebec that say you cannot modify from stock. Mostly they are allowing Harleys away with it and chasing sports bikes but I don't want to push my luck. I just want a nice rumble.
The Tommy Gun exhaust on your Fat Bob is a 2 into 1 into 2; there's a cat located in the pipes at the union. You could try some slip-on's like V&H or Cycle Shacks. I've always loved the sound of Cycle Shacks If you're not interested in going to a full exhaust but simply want an improved sound that's what I'd do... Cycle Shack slip-on's aren't wildly expensive.
