I just added some 3 inch Kurakyns to my Wide Glide today and I know it was only about 5 miles home but I can tell you now that I am very glad I invested in these. I am 6"3" with very long legs and they made a very noticable (sp?) difference in my comfort zone. I am still a new rider (only about 70 miles on my new bike) but I don't see this NOOBIE taking them off his ride. Later. Ryan
Well it looks like the general feeling is an overwhelming Positive! I'm going to an Easy Riders show in a couple of weeks and if they don't have the kits there then I'll order it when I get home. I'll post my thoughts and pics after they are on. I'm not sure sitting on the Low Rider in the garage will give me an accurate opinion (Ohio weather still isn't being very nice to us) but will see.
Thanks for all of you that have posted your thoughts.
I just posted some pics on my webshots album. Just check out the "Forward Controls" album....Hope it helps those of you wanting pics - even though its on a Wide Glide..Sims5--I can still send you photos if you need..I just thought this may be easier. Ryan
Ryan, thanks for posting the pictures. If it isn't too much trouble could you take one that would show a close-up side view of the controls, front wheel, and engine area? Thanks.
I work late tonite but if you can wait until tomorrow evening I can do it....Hopefully if it is nice outside I can get some better shots...My garage is not the best place to take pics--not very well lit up in there...Ryan
p/s I will try to hold the camera a little steadier too..
