Yep seems so many different variables for everyone, but it seems like the majority have problems actually with the wind hitting their knees and coming under the screen, I wonder why the Moco didn,t just make the screens with a possibility to add Memphis shades type lowers.

Wind deflectors that mount onto the forks usually help with buffeting. I don't like wind shields or fork wind deflectors but it might solve your problem. And they're cheap too so not much lost if they don't work.
yep agree I have the memphis shades lowers and they work well, only use them when weather will be really unpredicable, and on mega long rides.

Brilliant image speaks louder than words, and correct me if I am wrong but deflectors act like a spoiler on the cages, and push the wheel harder into the ground, quite handy when having extra weight on the rear, not talking about the old lady lol.
This is what I have on my FXD. I have about 3 inches of vertical adjustability. I tried all heights to reduce uncomfortable buffeting. As others have found, a lot of wind was coming from below. Tool bag on fork didnt help. Just ordered a Clearview sheild that goes lower, wider than the HD and has a recurve at the top. Will report to the forum when possible.
Wow I am not trying to be clever here, but I would be damn careful if you hit a pothole at speed with your clamps so low, it could push the screen off your ride, just my opinion, and Clearview works good and really helps I have a buddy who has one, but he still needed lowers to totally remove the bufetting.

The shield so low was just to experiment with height. As it was it was solid @ 85mph but notice the headlight covered by the shield. Not optimal.
