I picked up a V&H FP3 and tuned my bike before I ever got the a/c and slipons. Just a stock tune from the FP3 made the bike run a whole lot better. It felt like a different bike.

I then put on slipons and an a/c, remapped, and it runs great. I'd suggest an FP3, it's the best investment I've made on the bike so far.
see I like the fp3 overall, but I still feel it limits your performance options. They go for what 250-300? For an extra 150 you could get a power vision, then you're good no matter what upgrades you do.

Which dealer are you using? I saw you're about an hour from Roeder Racing. Never been there myself but my local Indy used to work there tuning bikes and speaks highly of them. If it were me I'd give them a call and hear them out. Just pipes and A/C I'd get something like the TTS or PowerVision and work a base map to be close enough until the time you do more then pay for a tune. It's in your (and your wallet's) best interest to learn a bit about tuning as in the long run you don't want to pay $300 a pop for a dyno tune every time you will inevitably change something related to the performance on your bike. PowerVision from fuel moto is probably the more user friendly of the options and if you buy from them they'll guide you along in getting setup.

I know Roeder. A family friend bought a bike there years back. Seems to be a good place. They treated him very well. I drive past there on the way to the drag strip
