Sorry for the delay in post installation comments and pictures.
The installation was easy. Handlebars raised about 1" and moved closer by about 2". Riding is much more comfortable. Can't wait for warmer weather and no snow.

You need to host them somewhere or add them as an attachment.
I know that it's too late now but did the idea of reversing your stock risers 180 degrees from the factory setting ever cross your mind? This would have moved the bars back at least three quarters of an inch, maybe a little bit more.
