hello
im a new member and a new harley owner from Newcastle , England.
I have just bought a Dyna 110 lowrider S. Most of the time i will be riding the bike on my own but on occasion i will have my wife with me so i need a detachable sissy bar option. im finding it difficult to obtain any thing available. Any ideas would be appreciated
thanks
john.
HD PN's for 09 and later FXDB and 16 and later FXDLS
53797-09 docking hardware
52124-09A black sideplates
53968-06C signal relocation kit
Not sure about international tho.
I went with the great bike gear kit , docking hardware , detachable sissy bar and a seat that I can use when I have my sweetie on the back . I use the stock solo seat most of the time. I don't care for the signal relocation kit that Harley supplies , I've installed dozens of them when I worked at a dealership and thought they were very cheesy.
You can use one of the many signal relocation kits to free up that rear mount point and upon up the world of standard Dyna bar kits to you.
I'm personally a fan of the great bike gear kit. Not sure though, how they work with the U.K. Tag.
Yes ive heard about the signal relocation kits but the one i saw didnt look good on the bike. Any pics of alternatives ?

this is the Great Bike Gear kit on my FXDLS.The Lowrider S is the same rear end wise as a 06+ Street Bob. Anything you find for relocation for that bike will fit yours. The only problem you may run into is that the RS turn signal elbow is chrome with the SB kit. I'm sure they sell the kit with the black elbow by now for a premium.
You will need to move your plate and signals first, and the GBG kit is way better looking than the HD version. Then add the HD detachable hardware kit, which will allow you to add detachable sissy bar. Then all you need is passenger pegs and a seat to accommodate a passenger.
