Oh man, don't I feel stupid. I really thought those used AN hose fittings. My mistake. Sorry OP for the misinformation!
They are AN, push lock just refers to the hose and the style of barb. When your fittings have two very aggressive barbs you have to use push lock hose.

Find a hose shop that does hydraulic hoses, you can go in and buy it by the foot. All of the manufactures have their version, Gates, Contitech (formerly Goodyear), Parker, Aeroquip and so on.
