New to the forums. I need to mount a speedometer on my bars, Running 14" T bars bought the bike with them on it and the guy before me had the speedo taken off. I see a lot of guys are running a tach and speedo set up on their dynas. wondering what exactly a set up like that consists of.
My FXDX has a speedo and tac in stock form, so for me it was only a matter of mounting them and extending the wiring. I had bungs welded to the top of my 10" MXT-bars, but considered using an Accutronix gauge mount. Not sure that helps, but I do know that there are threads specifically addressing going to a dual gauge setup on a Dyna.
