I’ve installed a big sucker air cleaner on my 01 Dyna Sport (carb) and now I’m looking for SE slipon to improve the torque and have a nice sound. There're so much reference that I’m lost. Which ‘s the best one according yours experiences.?
I don't think I would go SE at all...I would go with Vance and Hines slip ons...They perform better, sound better and will probably save you a few bucks...Also you didn't mention in you post..Did you rejet your carb? if not you'll want to otherwise you'll be running too lean and wont get all the bang your paying for...Just my $.02..Later
I have the same year 2001 Superglide and have the Big Sucker AC, I went with Cycle Shack slip-ons instead of the SE. They have better performance, sound much better and were less expensive. You can pick them up for under $150.
There is a recent post on here, someone bought a new 2007 SG and the dealer talked them into getting the SE and the guy hated them. He ended upputting Cycle Shacks on andnow says he is a happy biker.

Pascal, are you looking for the old style SE II'sor the new junk, EPA,regulated bullchit SEversion slip on's? There is a VERY big difference between the two.If ya want the good ones, check out eBay. There is still some to be found but probably not much longer. Tim
I also have Cycle Shack slip-ons. Sound great. They come in turn out, turn down or tapered like I have.I've heard they used to make the Screamin Eagle II slip-ons for Harley, the good ones that everybody liked.
The sound of Cycle Shack slip-ons are sweet but the look is crap! They don't even line up right, looks like they don't fit correctly, very bad design. No way I would even take my bike outta the shed looking like that!
No offence to anyone that has them but you have to admit they look like crap! Get the VH slip-ons or a full system.
