Unfortunately I think that's the only option: Rubber mount/True Track or Sputhe. Although, it doesn't seem to be a bad option!

I tried to order a rear Sputhe a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't sure what the deal would be after Alan's passing, but I got a very prompt email back from them saying that I can certainly purchase a rear unit, but that they only ship C.O.D... Kind of Bizarro! So I sent them my shipping address at work, asked for it, left cash in an envelope with our Parts Department, but haven't heard a thing... I guess I need to reach out again...

C.O.D? I haven't heard of that in years! Maybe their phone number starts with two letters too...

I guess in the same spirit...they could have you send them a "Check" and then when it "clears", they send your part. But then maybe they don't want the calls..."Has my part shipped yet?"
