Default FXDX trans question

Okay, I've got a 2001 Dyna Sport DX (TC88) with a mysterious leak that appears to come from my transmission or primary.
I'm not asking to help diagnose the leak.

I'd like to know how far I have to go to replace all of the gaskets and o-rings on the trans.
All the way to cartridge removal?
I'll have to remove the primary, so I'll be changing those gaskets as well.

My apologies if I haven't asked this question properly or if it's been answered already in another thread.

Thanks.

If you are talking trap door removal then no.. You will need to remove the inner primary bearing and pulley if you want to get all the seals. Those require special tools or at least something rigged up..

If you're close to Johnson City TN I can lend you what you need.
They are all available on Amazon too, not expensive.
The pressed race bearing usually has to be split, not enough room for a puller.
