First time you posted it at 2:09 PM didn't get you the answer you wanted, eh?

They don't last, as I told you; how about actually nut up and take care of business...

I'd like to get several opinions; not just from one who thinks they have all the answers.
Thank you for your input.

You can continue using your original thread. It will rise to the top each time there is a post. Duplicated threads are confusing for everyone.

As the responses in your first thread indicated, there is no set interval. It's a big hunk of rubber. It needs to be replaced whenever it's integrity seems compromised in any way, whether at 600 miles or 60,000 miles. If it's sagging, torn, oil soaked, etc, just replace it.

If you're concerned about the inherent handling flaws of the OEM front mount design, then upgrade it as TinCup stated and many have done (including myself). There are many threads on this, with lots of great info.

Horseshit

TC gave you the right advice - so now what - we should all be mocking birds..., and repeat his answer

**** that

==============

The change out interval for the stock mount - who the hell knows

It gonna vary depending on the environmental conditions it exposed to..., frequency of riding.., type of riding..., whether the motor is aligned correctly..., AND ESPECIALLY - how much oil gets dumped on it during each oil change

Like CG said - his lasted lasted for awhile (16 yrs)..., I would bet he's real damn studious when changing oil ..., so none gets on it

Mine was going bad after 3 yrs - guess I'm a lazy.., stupid bastard who spills oil everywhere

===========

If you're sticking w/ stock - change it once it shows signs of fatigue (determining that will be by feel - so better figure out how a fatiguing mount feels)

If you want the never have to worry about it again solution - go w/ the predator
