Hello from France!
I have change my levers for Oberon Airo adjustable one's.
I am very satisfied. 8 cliks for different distance of the setting.
Every trade of bikes now have it but not HD.
What about taking care about women hands?
And for us to have the brake lever closer and braking quicker?
Sorry for my french american english!

For 2017 and up Oberon is the only one that makes them to fit a Tour bike. The master Cyl where changed in 2017. Any other year a lot of lower cost ones can be had.
Most use the Adjustable lever to allow adjustment of engagement point of the clutch .
Something you can not do with a HYD clutch with out them.
I have the Oberon on my 2017 RGU for that reason. Had a different brand on the 2016.

The only alternatives I've seen are the Roland Sands (my bikes are '16's).

What others do you know of? Thanks.
I looked at the RS levers and emailed them asking how much adjustment they had. The answer was 1/8", which seemed not even worth trying. Ended up with the Oberons and am completely satisfied with them. Just the quality of the levers alone makes them exceptional, and there is a wide range of adjustment.
