I wasnt even talking to him.
I have the new Street Bob and I owned and rode I won't call them "dynas" cause I don't think they were called that back at the Shovel and EVO engine days just Super Glide and Wideys and the new stuff became rubber glides to us, and yea I can ride a mates "dyna" of any type any time I want and the shop "dyna" for the week end now and then. Owned a 2006 Super Glide Custom for 3 weeks went back to a cranky old EVO as fast as I could so yea I know them.
I miss going down to the local HD shop and there's no new model Twin Shock HD's cruisers there call them whatever you like, don't get me wrong the 18 is better in every way much better no contest not even close and looks are subjective. Not getting in to the Twin Shock V Softy thing,or the Twinky V Evo thing or any of that **** apples to apples a HD is a HD
For me something is now missing, the line up is incomplete, there's a hole in my love for Harleys ,Harley have made a mistake I think. No true Harley lifer can say different,to me,there's Harley people and there's people with Harleys don't give a rats which one you think you are because for me there's hole in my lifer Harley heart where a current model twin shock cruiser should be if just to look at and admire in the shop line up..
Don't get me wrong I don't buy them but yea somethings gone.

I agree that looks are subjective, also are the feel and the sound. So "better in every way" is not for everybody. I dont know if you tested one but even tho the looks are very close the feel is not there. Harley is going to a different direction and nobody can blame them for trying to survive, but abandoning the traditional " feel good sound good" will have its consequences.
Can you read ??
I own one so I know it handles better, stops better goes faster and is more comfortable, sound is a pipe option, the only HD type I haven't owned is the Vrod and the baggers , for me I think the baggers will become a single shock soon too unfortunately.
I do miss a current twin shock cruiser in the HD line up, it sucks.

I wanted faster I would buy a V-Max. Harleys were never about faster. I just disagree that they are better " in every way". You like it, enjoy it.
So you have never modified a HD to go faster , yea fu(kin sure you haven't , every HD I've owned but this one has been modified and so will this one , every HD I've ever seen has been modded to go faster , handle better make more power stop better.
I was trying to bring peace between the models and you are too fuggin stoopid to see it .
Yo well that's the difference between you and me I will only buy HD,I'm a lifer a HD person not a person with a HD, so now your opinion is worth even less than the nothing it already was, someone who would defend their outdated twin cam but buy another brand so fug you and all who sail in you ya HD faker traitor ***.
EVO's rule.

Muhahaaaa,
No I dont need faster. You spend thousands for a mod to make it faster, much smarter to buy a fast bike to start with.
