So after exhausting everything I could think of to check that I have the means to do so, I finally bit the bullet on friday morning and sent the bike to a garage that I know has a good rep. Had a good talk with the Mechanic, explained the problem, what ive already looked at, and what has been replaced.
They're gonna call me monday, so hopefully they will have worked it out.

News from the garage..... Ive got zero compression in the front cylinder and less than half in the rear. no idea why as yet, I'll find out when i tear it down.
Told them to stop work, bike is going to my buddy's workspace and ill start my newly complicated and expensive rebuild winter project earlier than i thought.
