I found some better instructions than the ones I had and I can unbolt the electrical box to gain access. That was where I was unsure, I supposed I need to order the 02 optimizer as well.

Fitment on the 15-005 is for '06 - 11 Dyna so these instructions should get you close...

Thanks, thats what I was looking for! I am going to pickup a couple O2 eliminators and get this thing installed this weekend.

Do most people just put bolts in the pipes for plugs or leave the O2 installed and clip the wires?

Bummer, I found on on the Facebook marketplace thing for $150 and scooped it up the next day. I'll snap some pics of my install and hopefully it will be of some use.
