saddlebag problems
this is my first post............and thanks to the forum for alot of great advice. went down to the local chopper storeand purchased some a new Rinehart staggered exhaust sytem, K & N air filter, PCIII programmer and a Corbin seat. so then went down the block to my dealer to order some HD saddlebags. They said no go for the new 07's. killed my fun.Has anybody else had this issue. parts guy said some new stuff will ne coming out in the next 2 months........by the way I have a 07 wide glide.......thanks for any info.

I've got an 07 FXDC with the HD detachable bags. I moved the turn signals, intalled the backrest, and bags myself - piece of cake. The only area of concern might be your new exhaust but I wouldn't think it would be a problem. Good luck.

Dude, step away from the dealer...a lot of companies make bags a lot better for the same ot less money...Try foxcreek leathers there stuff is second to none and they run pretty close to the factory pricewise...Hope this helps Later

You could also try Boss Bags, when ordering from Iron Horse Trading Co. they asked what type on pipes I had on the bike so they knew if the bags would fit.
