I hated the gold wheels on my '16 DLS. They may have called them Gold but they are really a camo brown and detract from the appearance of the bike. I had mine powder coated black and really liked the difference
I also added an orange stripe to the black wheels, as well as custom tank logo etc
Gunny, I googled the name of the company in MD where you said you got the orange striping, but I couldn't find the company. Can you provide a phone number?

I always contacted Certified Graphics via Email, I'll check that address and post it. BTW the stripes I got are reflective so they not only provide a nice look during the day that REALLY show up at night with cars coming from either side, really increases night time visibility. The flash on the camera made them pop a bit on that pic.

OK, thanks. Your LRS is one of the best looking I've seen. For my LRS, I'm thinking of getting a 2nd set of rims, powder coating black, and going with a goldish stripe similar to your orange. Love the idea of the additional visibility at night.

On that note, suggestions as to the best place to buy OEM rims? Our HD dealerships in NOVA don't discount parts.
