IMHO I'd stay away from it,
Good luck
And you would "stay away from it" for what reason?
Either someone doesnt know what they own or isnt honest about something, but somethng just doesnt seem right.(Selling an 02 with a 03 aircleaner and telling someone it is an aniversary model?( yeah it a 99th aniversary.)But then again its not my coin.
RE: 2002 anniv dyna low rider - what should i pay?
The '03 has the "100th year verbiage" on the air filtercoverfrom what I remember. As far as Book Value I would visit Kelly Blue Book .com and go under motorcycles. They'll give you retail, trade in values, etc for all bikes you're looking at. As far as what it's worth to me, priceless. I love mine. Let me know if you have any other questions that I may be able to answer. My girlfriend rides an '07 Lowrider and loves it. You couldn't give her a Sporty now to ride. Nothing against Sporty's but rather her preference. She had a '97 Superglide prior to her new ride. Lost it in a flood. Good luck!

Paid $10k for minewith 9k miles,& have put another $1,800 into it. Still looking at about another $500 to get it where I want it. Came with stock seat, QD windshield & sissy bar, SE-ll pipes & SE filter.
