'09 Dyna, 20k, what are the chances the primaries or flywheel are failing?

Let me guess this is your first harley? That’s a very broad question that would have to take into account how the bike is maintained, ridden and if you are having any issues pertaining to a sloppy crank or primary tensioners

The general rule of thumb to determine the "Chances" that the primaries or flywheel are failing is to transpose the last two digits of your Model Year and the result will be displayed as a percentage.

In your case 90% ... I would have held out for the 2010
