It uses the crankshaft which is more or less keyed to the pump gears via flats. But I see where the confusion lies when he mentioned a “supplied key” At any rate I know exactly didley about evos lol so good catch. I’m happy the op is back in business.

Oil pressure issues
Nope, don't know each other. All true on the engine info.. I have a 80 inch single cam. No cam plate. Again though, thanks for all the helpful info. Y'all are some very smart guys...👍👍
