The accelerator pump on the carb is on the right lower half of the carb looking into the throat, look in the carb with no filter (don't get to close) and twist the throttle, there is a tube where the spray comes out, that is the accelerator pump nozzle.

The bike is not originally mine, it has had 2 owners before me. I have been reading about the dyna jet kits and it seems like that may be my problem. I don't know that for sure though. My carb does have an accelerator pump. Filled up today, all town riding no highway, 28 mpg.
