This is first time post . I have 2010 dyna street bob. Just 2 weeks ago, speed meter, turn signal, time and milage didn't work. Bike start and run and head light is on. I checked fuse when I got home and accessory fuse was bad so I replaced spare. Next day, I turned ignition key on and everything comes up as normal but it's gone when engine started so I checked fuse that was brew up again. I replaced another spare one and then everything got back fine. Today it happened again. I replaced fuse and this time speed meter work but no turn signals doesn't work. I checked Battery cable and they are tight. I checked code and showed b1121. Is it relates the my fuse problem? or different problem? Need help to figure out
Ok, first....Did you do anything electrical related prior to this happening? Change lights? Bars? Anything? If not have a look at your wiring harness under the rear fender, above the rear tire, known for rubbing on the electrical wires there...
you have a short somewhere and need and need to trace it back. If the wires under the fender are good, then start at the battery and work out from there....
What is a fuse that brew up? Maybe it hates that nasty Oregon IPA crap.
Get a factory service manual, and diagnose. If you cant do that take it to someone that knows a Browing and brew fuse from a rock in the ground.
