is there a specific amount of accessories that can be hooked up the battery? I currently have a tender lead and handlebar mounted speakers with an LED light bar from Rogue Rider Industries on the way and Ill be adding LED turn signals with a load equalizer so that would be a total of a 4 leads hooked up to my battery. Its an 05 Wide Glide using the side mounted posts. Will this cause any issue? Can/should I run a slightly longer bolt to allow for the added wiring? Any help would be appreciated.
Im still trying to understand why you wanna hook all this up directly to the battery...
Turn sigs & equaliser should use existing wiring for the turn sigs.
Bar Speakers should go onto the fused accessory hookup under your seat (assumimg the '05 an accessory connection. Think its labeled B+)
Is the light bar gonna be the Primary headlight or accessory light? In either case it gets wired into the headlamp circuit as per Primary or Accessory lights.
Only thing that should be connected directly to your battery is the Tender....

Or maybe Im misunderstanding your question
So to be honest I didn't know about the accessory connection. I recently got the Dyna coming from a Kawasaki Vulcan which didn't have an accessory connection.
The LED power is nice. Fused and a power switch. That can go straight to the battery. The speakers, is the power toggle switch or a button you have to hold down for a couple seconds to turn it on? Fused?

Hold it down for a few seconds and no fuse. It runs to a pigtail lead so it could be ran into the same as the tender just an inconvenience to unplug every night

Yeah, that's what I was wondering about because it isn't powering down when you turn off the bike. I'd suggest putting that on the accessory plug under the seat so that it is fused and isn't powered all the time. I run a 400W amp, LED accessory lights, and a USB power jack off mine and haven't had an issue for the 2 years they have all been on. Just have to do a power budget for whatever battery you have in there as they all have different load capacities.
Led lights draw less current than regular bulbs. The load equalizer will go between the fused ignition source and the actual turn signals/running lights.
