When you did the predator did you do the power train alignment procedure? If not that’s the problem, you can’t just throw it on and except miracle’s if you don’t install it correctly....plus if your running stock exhaust on a Switchback your never gonna get rid on excess vibration due to the exhaust bracket.
The single biggest thing you can do to help these bikes is that alignment procedure....
plus at at some point, there are vibrations that are just normal, it’s a 45degree motor....

1/4 turn on the neck bearing preload is a ton...unless it was way too loose to start with.
Is the vibration the same regardless of gear and engine speed?
Adding more spring preload without a matching sag measurement is vague guesswork. Once the sag and spring rate are correct, leave them alone. The rest is in the damping.
