Default Two Tuning Devices Causing Issues (stalling)

After about 30 minutes of riding and the bike is warm (2008 FXDB), it starts to stall every time I come to a stop and let the throttle go. Starts right back up and idles fine but will stall again shortly after. I've exhausted every solution including cleaning the intake and the IAC. However, my mechanic and I recently discovered a Power Commander hiding up near my ECM and he says this device is the culprit of my problems being that I tried tuning the bike with a FuelPak FP3 and the problem got worse. Is it true that if you have two tuning devices telling the bike what to do, it will cause issues?

Two are obviously better than one. Get two old ladies and tell us if you are confused on what to do, lol.

Oh damn, I had to wait five minutes to respond so that I could stop laughing. Ya man, only one tuner. I'd go with taking the FuelPack out and seeing if you can download the power commander software to a laptop. Find a USB to mini-USB cable to plug the computer in to the Power Commander. Download the software instructions. It gives you a lot more visibility and control for tuning the bike over the FuelPack

I believe I've identified the Power Commander & where it's hiding. Here's a picture of it circled in black. Figured this thing is it because it has velcro on the back. Gonna rip this out and use the FuelPak FP3 as it is easier to access. Thank you all for the help!

I believe you'll have to remove the download from the PC. Then with the FP3 connected verify there are no downloads from the FP3 installed and everything is back to the stock tune. Take the bike around the block to see how the ECM acts. Then connect the FP3 and do the appropriate download.

I found a pc hiding in my bike as well. I had to take the fuse panel loose to get to it. I only found it because I found my o2 sensors were disconnected when changing exhausts.
